Our house sold in 3 days. We initially met with Jeff months before we listed the home for sale and he walked through and answered questions about what we could do to increase the value. We did a facelift on the kitchen that cost 1,500 but allowed our home to sell for a higher price and much faster. Before listing the home, Jeff sent in a professional stager, who recommended some things we would not have thought of, but they made a big difference.
